While working at RAPP, I would see aspects of the company that could use creative refreshes. One of those aspects being our DE&I Speaker events. I got in contact with our DE&I leaders and was given the opportunity to amp up our speaker promotional e-flyers, which increased our attendances rate drastically. I also took this opportunity to break from the templates I work on to experiment with different design trends, styles, effects, layouts, and more. Overall, these speaker flyers were a huge success and were a joy to create.
